Service Launch

Our service is coming soon. We are excited to offer reliable and efficient transportation to and from Charlotte Douglas Airport and the surrounding areas.

Service Providers

All services will be provided by a licensed ride-sharing company (TNC), a licensed taxi driver, or a licensed limo driver. Charlotte Douglas Airport Taxi Service acts as a platform to connect users with these licensed service providers.

Liability and Insurance

All liability and insurance coverage are the responsibility of the individual drivers and their respective companies. Charlotte Douglas Airport Taxi Service does not provide any insurance coverage for the rides. Each driver and their company must carry their own insurance as required by law.

Platform Role

Charlotte Douglas Airport Taxi Service serves as a platform to relay service requests to licensed drivers and companies. We do not own or operate any vehicles. The transportation services are provided by third-party service providers.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our platform to request transportation services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that the services will be provided by licensed third-party drivers or companies. You also agree that all liability and insurance responsibilities lie with the individual drivers and their respective companies.
